Who is Online Magnets?
We are a company specialising in the manufacture and supply of magnets.

Can I buy without registering as a customer?
You can view all models and pricing without registering but you must register to enable us to process your order. If however you do not want to buy online you can place an order by telephone but payment will need to be made via direct bank transfer.

Can I buy samples?
Due to the nature of our business and to protect our customers interests we do not sell samples. What if I want to place an order for under £10? This is fine but the delivery cost will still be the same.

Can I place a back order for items out of stock on the website?
Yes this is not a problem. An email will be sent with the expected delivery date.

Will I get a VAT invoice for my goods?
Online Magnets are VAT registered.

All orders will receive an invoice detailing all products purchased, quantity and price showing that VAT is 20% What payment methods do you accept?
Customers can make payment by Paypal or Credit / Debit card online, BACS/Bank Transfer, Bankers Draft or Cash deposited into our account.

How secure is the website when entering my payment information?
We use Paypal payments pro as our UK online Credit / Debit card payment processor. They are an industry leader in secure internet transactions, renowned for offering a high security and safe service. We do not hold any of your card details on our systems. If in doubt you can choose to pay directly into our bank account, please email us if this method is chosen so we can provide you with the correct account details and then confirm that cleared funds have been received.

How will I know you have received my order?
When you place your order you will receive an automated email detailing information about your order. When it has been picked and processed you will receive an ‘order update’ confirmation email. This is processed manually by our sales staff. Once you receive further communication from the initial email you can be assured that the order is with us and is being processed by our sales / warehouse team.

How do your delivery charges work and how soon can I get my goods if I place an order?

I want to cancel or amend my order?
This is possible but please contact us as soon as possible by telephone on + 44 (0) 115 7523670 to cancel or amend your order, delay in contacting us can result in the order being dispatched.

The website does not allow me to set up an account and buy for my country?
If you would like to order from our company and your country is not listed when registering please inform us via the Contact Us page or by telephone and a member of our sales team will help to process your order.
